Bangalore Study CentreIn a quiet corner, at one edge of a 110-acre campus is situated the Bangalore Study Centre. It has a library of books, audio, and videotapes. A lending library services members from the city and elsewhere. Video-screenings of Krishnamurti's programmes for the public are held regularly at the Centre. The latest addition to the Study Centre is a Kannada Translation Cell, which is active in translating Krishnamurti's books into Kannada. For accommodation, write to the Director, Study Centre. Weather: Set at an altitude of about 3,900 feet, Bangalore, the garden city, is cool all through the year. Stay: Furnished guest rooms with attached baths are provided. Meals are served in the guest house. Reservations: Accommodation for a limited period is given on prior intimation (at least a week in advance). How to get there: Bangalore is well connected by air, road and rail. The Kalaisipalayam bus station (City Market) in the city has regular services to Kanakapura Road. Alight at the 17th km of Kanakapura Road (ask for the Silk Farm bus stop) at the yellow marker of the school.
