Sahyadri Study Center

The Study Centre at Sahyadri affords a commanding view of the hills and valleys. It has a well-equipped library of books and tapes. Periodical workshops based on the themes Krishnamurti talked about are a special feature of the Centre.

How to get there: The place is 26 km from Rajgurunagar (Khed) off the Pune-Nashik Road. It is well connected by buses. Pune is linked by air directly to Bombay, Madras, Bangalore, Delhi and other cities. One can travel by bus from Pune (Shivajinagar bus stand) to Rajgurunagar, and then board another bus leaving Rajgurunagar for Wada to get down at Gundalwadi and then walk up the hillock to reach the place.

Weather: The place enjoys salubrious climate, but woollens will be required during winter.
